The Christmas Ball will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cross Insurance Center, Grand Ballroom in Bangor, Maine.

Guest arrival and check-in begins at 4:30 PM.

* Adults ages 18 and over: $125 per person

* Young guests ages 6–17: $35 per guest

* Children ages 5 and under: FREE

Children ages 5 and under must still be registered.

Yes. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase separately and are not included in the registration fee.

Yes. You may submit a seating request during registration. Seating requests will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed. Tables seat up to 10 guests.

The dress code is Formal / Christmas Ball Attire.

Ladies: Long gowns, floor-length dresses, or elegant cocktail dresses.

Gentlemen: Barong Tagalog, tuxedo, or a black or dark formal suit with a tie.

Christmas colors, elegant accessories, and a little sparkle are encouraged!

Yes. Although they attend free of charge, registration is required for headcount, meal planning, and seating purposes.

Yes. When registering another person, please enter the attendee’s name so it matches the name used for check-in.

Registration fees are non-refundable. All sales are final, including cancellations, change of plans, illness, or inability to attend.

Registration closes November 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM, or earlier if capacity is reached.

Registration will automatically close once the event reaches capacity, even if this occurs before the November 15 deadline. description

The event is not expected to be canceled due to an ordinary winter weather advisory or typical winter weather. The event may be canceled or postponed if circumstances require it, such as an official state-mandated closure or other circumstances beyond my control.

IThe Cross Insurance Center offers on-site and nearby parking options. Please plan accordingly and allow enough time for parking and check-in.

Yes! Vendor tables are FREE, but space is limited. Business owners interested in a vendor table should contact me in advance to discuss availability and event guidelines.
